Tim Leake is the founder and principal consultant of RT Leake Group.
He brings more than two decades of experience in defense acquisition, test and evaluation, and leadership development.
As a certified executive coach and organizational strategist, Tim helps senior leaders clarify priorities, design effective systems, and lead transformation with integrity.
His work is informed by a deep respect for learning, disciplined execution, and the human side of performance.
